• I chose PayPal to pay for my materials, why does it say NERUS Strategies, LLC? NERUS Strategies is the authorized representative, via PayPal for your Best of Montreal schedule.

• We usually trade for our media time, I don't see that in your order form. Best of Montreal is a paid advertising program. We do not trade for any of these products.

• I ordered something from the store, when will it arrive? Please allow up to 7-10 business days for creation of your custom order and shipping. You will receive "staging" emails as your order is processed through each stage. A final proof will need to be approved prior to shipping.
